Company Branding

What appears on reports

• Your name. The full name from your account profile
• Company name. Your company or business name
• Email address. Your contact email

These details appear on every report automatically. No configuration needed per report. Set them once in your account and they apply everywhere.

Setting your branding information

1. Go to your account settings.
2. Update your name, company name, and email fields.
3. Save your changes.

All future reports use the updated information. Previously generated reports retain the branding that was active when they were created.

Enterprise: White-label reports

Enterprise plan users get additional branding capabilities:

• Custom report templates. Tailored layouts that match your organization's standards
• Organization branding. Your organization's name and details replace individual user branding
• Consistent team output. Every team member's reports carry the same organization branding

Tips

• Use your full business name rather than abbreviations. Reports are client-facing documents.
• Keep your email address current. Clients may use it to reach you directly from the report.
• Enterprise teams should set organization-level branding so all reports from all team members present a unified professional identity.
