1 photo per page
Each page features a single photo with its full metadata displayed below.
Best for:
- Detailed inspections where each photo needs to stand on its own
- Close-up documentation of defects, damage, or specific conditions
- Reports where photo clarity is the priority
- Clients who want large, easy-to-read images
Characteristics:
- Larger photo size on each page
- More space for metadata and captions
- More pages in the final report
- Better for photos with fine details or markups
2 photos per page
Two photos are arranged on each page, each with its own metadata.
Best for:
- Overview documentation covering a large area or many items
- Progress reports with high photo counts
- Internal records where compact format saves paper
- Surveys with 50+ photos where a single-photo layout would create a very long document
Characteristics:
- Smaller photo size per image
- More compact output. Fewer pages overall
- Each photo still includes full metadata (caption, GPS, date, bearing)
- Good balance between detail and brevity
Custom report names
Both layouts support custom report names. The name you enter during generation appears on the report header and in your reports dashboard.
Use descriptive names to keep reports organized, especially when generating multiple reports for the same survey.
Tips
- When in doubt, generate both layouts. You can create multiple reports from the same survey at no extra cost.
- Use 1-photo layout for client-facing deliverables. Use 2-photo layout for your own records.
