Search by name
The search bar at the top of your projects list filters results as you type. Search matches against project names, so descriptive names pay off here.
Typing "Main St" will show all projects with "Main St" in the name. Typing a job number like "4521" finds that specific project immediately.
Filter by status
Use the status filter to narrow your view to one category:
- Active. Current projects (default view)
- Completed. Finished projects
- Archived. Hidden projects
- All. Everything in your account
Combine search with status filters for precise results. For example, filter to "Completed" and search "Smith" to find the completed Smith project.
Sort by date
Sort your project list by:
- Newest first. Most recently created projects at the top (default)
- Oldest first. Oldest projects at the top
Sorting applies within your current filter and search results.
Tips for staying organized
- Name projects consistently. Pick a format and stick with it. Examples:
[Address] - [Type]or[Job #] - [Client] - [Location]. - Use status transitions. Move projects from Active to Completed to Archived as work progresses. This keeps your default view focused.
- Search first, scroll later. If you remember any part of the project name, searching is faster than browsing.
