Single Sign-On (SSO)
Connect your corporate identity provider to Vortyk for centralized authentication on the Enterprise plan.
Last updated: April 18, 2026
Benefits
- One login. Team members use the same credentials they use for every other company tool.
- Centralized access control. Disable a user in your identity provider, and they lose Vortyk access automatically.
- Automatic provisioning. New team members can be provisioned through your identity provider.
- Security compliance. Meet your organization's authentication requirements without workarounds.
Supported providers
Vortyk SSO works with corporate identity providers that support standard protocols (SAML, OIDC). Common providers include:
- Okta
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Google Workspace
- OneLogin
Setup
SSO configuration requires coordination between your IT team and Vortyk.
- Contact Vortyk support at support@vortyk.com with your organization name and identity provider.
- We'll provide the necessary configuration details (callback URLs, entity IDs).
- Your IT team configures the connection on their end.
- We verify the integration together.
- Your team starts logging in with SSO.
Typical setup takes 1-2 business days once both sides have the configuration details.
After SSO is enabled
- Team members see a "Sign in with SSO" option on the login page.
- Password-based login can be disabled for your organization if required.
- New members added through your identity provider are automatically provisioned in Vortyk.
