Managing Share Links

Viewing active links

Open any project and navigate to the sharing section. You'll see a list of all active share links for that project, including:

• Client name (if you added one)
• Expiration date (if set)
• Creation date
• Link URL

Revoking a link

Click "Revoke" on any share link to immediately disable it. The client will no longer be able to access the project through that link, even if they previously entered the password.

Revoking is instant. There's no grace period.

Creating replacement links

After revoking a link, you can create a new one for the same client with a new password. This is useful when:

• A password may have been shared with the wrong person
• You want to reset access after a project milestone
• The original link expired and the client still needs access

Best practices

• Review links periodically. Check active share links after a project wraps up and revoke any that are no longer needed.
• Use expiration dates. Automatic expiration saves you from having to remember to revoke links manually.
• One link per stakeholder. If multiple people need access, create separate links. This way you can revoke one without affecting the others.
