Capacity warnings
Vortyk sends alerts before you run out of space:
- 80% capacity. A warning that you're approaching your limit. Good time to consider a storage add-on.
- 90% capacity. An urgent warning. Add storage soon to avoid upload failures.
Tips for managing storage
- Archive old projects. Completed projects you no longer need can be archived to reduce clutter (though they still consume storage).
- Delete unused photos. Remove duplicates or test uploads you no longer need.
- Check the dashboard regularly. A quick glance once a month keeps surprises away.
- Add storage proactively. It's easier to add a bundle before hitting the limit than to deal with failed uploads in the field.
