Billing Portal
Manage your payment methods, invoices, plan, and subscription through Vortyk's Stripe-powered billing portal.

Accessing the portal
Go to Account Settings, then click Billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal.
What you can do
Update payment methods
Add, remove, or change your credit card or payment method. Stripe handles all payment processing securely.
View and download invoices
Access your complete invoice history. Download individual invoices as PDFs for your records or expense reporting.
Change your plan
Upgrade from Pro to Enterprise, or adjust your Enterprise seat count. Plan changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the current period.
Manage storage add-ons
Purchase additional storage bundles or remove ones you no longer need. See Storage Add-ons for available bundles and pricing.
Cancel your subscription
Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Billing cycle
- Plans are billed monthly from the date you subscribed.
- Storage add-ons are billed on the same cycle as your plan.
- Enterprise seat changes are prorated within the current billing period.
