Profile Settings
Update your name, email, and company information in Vortyk. This data appears on your generated reports.

What you can update
- Name. Your full name as it should appear on reports.
- Email. Your login email and contact address.
- Company name. Your business or organization name.
- Company information. Additional details about your business.
Why it matters
When you generate a PDF photo log report, Vortyk includes your name, company name, and email on the report. Clients see this information. Make sure it's correct and professional before sending your first report.
Updating your profile
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Profile.
- Edit the fields you want to change.
- Click Save.
Changes take effect immediately. Any new reports you generate will use the updated information. Previously generated reports are not affected.
